The top things that parents wish they knew before the baby arrived

We know you are focused on birth preparation, newborn baby care, and feeding. In addition to that, there are so many critical things to consider for the transition into parenthood. This retreat provides the space and support to plan holistically for your parenting journey. Our goal is to help you plan for common challenges before the baby’s arrival, so that you can get ahead of the problems that most parents face and are often much harder to address once you are in the thick of it. Across the retreat and post-retreat support we will cover:

  • Prenatal and Postpartum nutrition and recovery

  • Relationship dynamics, communication, and boundaries

  • Mental and emotional well-being and stress management

  • Baby sleep patterns

  • Identity, image, and role transition

  • Building a support network and community

  • and much more..

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. If you would like, we are also happy to schedule a call.

Please note that this retreat is not a birth preparation class. Instead, we will focus on holistic preparation for you and your partner as you transition into this next phase of life, since parental well-being is one of the most significant factor in helping your child thrive.
